The spa is physically located on Wilkinson lane at the back end of La Fiesta square. We’re tucked away (we like to think it’s a hidden gem) behind Fedex, @ 963 Moraga Rd.
Our door is locked during services to insure privacy, and individual attention for our guests. If you arrive earlier than your appointment start time, patio seating & wifi is available to accommodate your early arrival.
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation for all bookings regardless if you are using a voucher or gift certificate.
Advance notice of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule reserved appointments. Missed appointments without notice will be charged 50% towards the reservation as compensation for the service provider & the reserved space. Subsequent missed appointments will result in full cost of of the reservation & an advance deposit will be required to hold future reservation/s.
Please notify the spa within 24 hrs, if you need to cancel, or make changes to an existing reservation, by voicemail or email.
Metered parking is available @ La Fiesta Square
Please help maintain the relaxing vibe and energy of our space by speaking in low tones, & turn off electronic devices while visiting the spa. The zen of our space was created for you & other spa guests in attendance to enjoy his/her spa time in a peaceful setting without disruption.
Packages cannot be redeemed towards other services or refunded. Pre-paid packages are assigned to initial therapist to ensure continuity of your treatments & most impactful therapy.
Discounts are applied towards service of highest value when more than one service is presented @ checkout. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase online & sent to designated email electronically. Gift certificates can be purchased directly through the spa if a physical gift card is preferred, presented on card stock. Please use our contact form for assistance. Our gift certificates do not expire & are redeemable toward spa services only.
We strive to provide 24 to 48 hour notice in the event of schedule changes on our end, however emergencies & unforeseen circumstances are out of our control. In the event of schedule changes or cancellations, we will make every effort to offer priority booking & additional compensation when deemed necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, anytime if necessary.
